Corporate HQ Office
Our Corporate HQ is located at No.2 Pioneer Sector Walk Singapore 627828. Besides the HQ building, It includes two sheltered production workshops. The covered workshops can handle up to 30 tonnes of steelwork repair or fabrication job at any one time.

Production Workshop
Our HQ workshop at 2 Pioneer Sector Walk is equipped two 15 ton gantry cranes and a 10 ton gantry crane. The other workshop at 17 Pioneer Sector 2 with two 10 ton gantry cranes.

Waterfront Production and Workshop Yard Facilities
Our Waterfront site is located at 23A Tuas Crescent. It covered an area of 137,000sqft with two mobile sheltered workshops and with waterfront facilities. The sheltered workshops and open space fabrication site is utilized for steel fabrication and accommodation blocks, modules, rig columns, heli-deck and offshore structures. At our Waterfront site it includes a 150 tons crawler crane.

Scaffold Equipment Material Warehouse
Our scaffold equipment warehouse is located at No 16, Tuas South Street 2. The warehouse is used to house our new/used scaffold material. This complements our scaffolding services. Our inventory department will constantly monitor all the scaffold material stock balance to ensure that sufficient scaffold material is available to support all our customers' projects.

Overseas Operations
In 2002, Seah Marine Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia and based at Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd to provide scaffolding services. Since 2005, SAS Marine & Offshore Middle East operates in Drydocks World - Dubai to provide scaffolding services for Marine, construction and other industries.
